Siwelele have the chance to earn their first victory on Wednesday night, but it looks a long shot away at Mamelodi Sundowns, who are starting to rev their engines after a slow start.
They lost there 7-4 last season and fired their coach this week.
Chippa United, Richards Bay, Marumo Gallants and promoted Kruger United have also yet to register a win, creating an unwanted record for this campaign.
The previous highest number of sides yet to claim a victory after five rounds of the season was four, which occurred on four occasions, in 2000/01, 2001/02, 2003/04 and 2019/20.
Chippa were also among the teams in that latter season, along with Maritzburg United, now Durban City, Stellenbosch FC and AmaZulu. None of those sides were relegated at the end of the campaign, with Polokwane City going down instead.
Chippa have started this season with four draws and a defeat to Orlando Pirates, while Richards Bay have three draws and two defeats.
Siwelele and Gallants have two draws apiece, while Kruger have one, having lost the rest of their matches.
There are a further five teams, up to Durban City (W1 D3 L1) in seventh place, who have a single win this season after five games. The others are TS Galaxy (W1 D3 L1), Lamontville Golden Arrows (W1 D3 L1), Polokwane City (W1 D3 L1) and Stellenbosch (W1 D2 L2).
Seventeen of the 41 games played so far this campaign have ended in draws, a whopping 42%.
